Katarzyna Dziewanowska – Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Her research interests include relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, consumer experiences and experiential marketing, service-dominant logic and value co-creation process. She is currently working on a project on value co-creation in higher education, as well as she is a work-package leader in the Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 3 project which received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 734824. Katarzyna Dziewanowska is also a coordinator for international exchange at the FoM and an editor for the Journal of Marketing and Consumer Behaviour in Emerging Markets.
