Graduate profile
The graduate of the GENERAL MANAGEMENT knows the most important aspects of the organization management process. The interdisciplinary study program includes, among others, management, human resource management, accounting, finance, law. Based on the study, the student receives both general knowledge, giving a basis for self-reflection and interpretation as well as so-called “best practice” - based on the experiences of companies and their managers. This enables the graduate not only to identify the most important problems managers face but also has the tools to solve them. Students are prepared to identify the most important opportunities and threats accompanying the manager's work and acquire creative problem-solving skills. The knowledge provided to the students makes them able to identify the key success factors of the organization as well as the areas of potential organizational change. Workshop skills acquired during the study are also very useful in the entrepreneurial process - creating and developing own companies.
